Ruker Cream of Palm Fruits is derived from palm fruit oil. It is similar to palm oil, but made in a concentrated form. It can be used in soups and stews. The palm nut fruit concentrate is used in the preparation of palm nut fruit soup, also called Banga soup, a very popular West African soup, especially in Ghana and Nigeria.

It can be used in soups and sauces, and for frying. A dish from Ghana called palm nut soup is made by boiling, mashing and straining the flesh of the fruit and cooking it with meat and vegetables.
